How can I pay for tickets? You can purchase your tickets on location at the ticket booth with credit cards or cash.

What is the best time to arrive? Ticket sales start at 6pm. Arrive as close to 6 or even before 6 to beat the crowds. Another way to avoid large crowds is to attend Circle of Screams in September or on a Sunday evening.
Are you open if it rains? Yes. We will remain open during rain but will close if it begins to lightning.
Is parking free? Yes, we have free parking near the refreshment stand.
Do you accept credit cards? Yes! We accept all major credit cards.
Is it really scary? YES, it is really scary!
What should I wear? The fall season can result in cool nights so even though it is nice during the day, it may get chilly at night. Dress in layers. Also, please do not wear your best clothes or shoes.
Can we dress in costume? Feel free to come wearing a costume if you would like. However most people do not. Masks are NOT permitted.
Should I come if I am pregnant? You can come, but we do not recommend that you participate in any of the three Haunted Attractions simply as a safety precaution.
Are there prices for children? NO, we are NOT recommended for children under 10, so we do not offer children prices.
Is there an age limit or min. age? NO, as a parent, you know your child best and how they will react. So you be the judge.
Is there food at Circle of Screams? Yes there is! We have a concession stand that sell hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, French fries, soft pretzels, nachos, hot and cold drinks, snacks, pierogies, and popcorn at affordable prices.
Do you serve alcoholic beverages? No. And you're not allowed to bring them on the property.
Are there restrooms available? There are ample restrooms in the concession stand.
Do your attractions have security? Our attractions have hired Police each evening.
Do you allow concealed weapons or handguns? NO we do not.
Where can I park and are there parking costs? There is parking on site and parking is free.
Can we be thrown out for any reason? Yes. We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, smoking, drugs, alcohol, etc. Public intoxication, out of control behavior, and touching of actors/props is not tolerated and may result in removal from the premises by on-site security and police. We have a list of rules that must be adhered to for your own safety and the safety of the other guests. Violation of these rules will usually bring a warning. However, you may be asked to leave. It is in your best interest to behave accordingly, as there are no refunds.
Can we be injured at your park? We've never had any serious injuries at any of our attractions. Follow all the rules and do not stray from the main paths. YOU MUST READ the WARNING before you enter the attractions. DO NOT ATTEND if you have medical conditions that might cause you an injury...DO NOT enter our attractions if you are prone to seizures or if you have ANY kind of respiratory conditions, especially asthma, heart conditions. Do not enter if you have broken bones or casts. Also DO NOT TOUCH props this may also result in an injury. But above all do NOT attend our attractions if you suffer from various different pre-existing medical conditions.
What can't we bring with us to your haunted attractions? No pets. No weapons. No alcoholic beverages. No drugs. No cigarettes. No masks. No cameras. It is also recommended to leave your valuables at home, like cell phones, purses, loose jewelry and more. We do not stop production to search for lost or missing items. All lost or missing items will be searched for after the close of business. We are not liable for lost or missing items. Additionally DO NOT LEAVE valuables in your cars.

RULES: NO SMOKING, NO ALCHOL, NO PROFANITY, NO MASKS, NO FIREARMS/DANGEROUS WEAPONS/LIGHTERS/LASER POINTERS (WE WILL CONFISCATE AND NOT RETURN TO YOU), NO TOUCHING ACTORS/PROPS, NO CAMERAS/VIDEO CAMERAS.
You enter at your own risk. Those not following the Rules will be immediately removed without refund!
You will be under video and audio surveillance at all times while on this property.
WARNING AND NOTICE OF RESTRICTED LICENSE
Our ticket is a revocable license. Circle of Screams may refuse admission to, or eject, any ticket holder at their discretion without refund if the holder fails to comply with the following terms, or is deemed to be disorderly. Ticket holder assumes all risks incident to the attractions or related events to which this ticket admits holder, including the risk of lost, stolen, or damaged property. Ticket holder will not transmit or act in transmitting any picture, reproduction, or other depictions in any media, now or hereafter existing, of all or any part of the haunted attractions, or related events to which this ticket admits the holder. Breach of the foregoing may result in legal action against the holder. The ticket holder grants to Circle of Screams the irrevocable permission to use his or her voice, image, or likeness as part of any live or recorded video display, broadcast, or other transmissions, reproduction, or other depiction in any media now or hereafter, of all or any part of the attractions or related events to which this ticket admits the holder.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Ticket cannot be replaced if lost, destroyed, or stolen. Lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets, or those offered for resale, will not be honored. By purchasing this ticket you give Circle of Screams the right to use your image captured during the event in printed materials and for promotional use.

5. PATRON RESPONSIBILITY
5.1 THERE ARE INHERENT RISKS IN THE PARTICIPATION IN OR ON ANY AMUSEMENT RIDE, DEVICE OR ATTRACTION. PATRONS OF AN AMUSEMENT RIDE, DEVICE OR ATTRACTION, BY PARTICIPATION ACCEPT THE RISKS INHERENT IN SUCH PARTICIPATION OF WHICH THE ORDINARY PRUDENT PERSON IS OR SHOULD BE AWARE. PATRONS HAVE A DUTY TO EXERCISE GOOD JUDGEMENT AND ACT IN A RESPONSIBLE MANNER WHILE USING THE AMUSEMENT RIDE, DEVICE OR ATTRACTION AND TO OBEY ALL ORAL OR WRITTEN WARNINGS, OR BOTH, PRIOR TO OR DURING PARTICIPATION, OR BOTH.
5.2 PATRONS HAVE A DUTY TO NOT PARTICIPATE IN OR ON AN AMUSEMENT RIDE, DEVICE OR ATTRACTION WHEN UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL.
5.3 PATRONS HAVE A DUTY TO PROPERLY USE ALL RIDE OR DEVICE SAFETY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED.”
THESE ATTRACTIONS HAVE BEEN INSPECTED AS REQUIRED BY THE PENNSYLVANIA AMUSEMENT RIDE INSPECTION ACT.
